What engines come with the Bronco Sport?

Where else would we start with a vehicle like the Bronco Sport other than discussing what is underneath the hood? This is an incredibly important facet of this vehicle, and we could understand all of the curiosities surrounding it. We're here to tell you that the Bronco Sport comes with two available engines. The base engine is a turbocharged 1.5-liter inline-3, which can create 190 pound-feet of torque and 181 horsepower. The other engine is a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-4, which can create 277 pound-feet of torque and 250 horsepower. You'll be getting an eight-speed automatic transmission, with the option of another eight-speed that comes with manual shifting mode and steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. Full-time all-wheel drive is standard, so no worries, you're ready for whatever the trail might throw at you!

What trims does the Ford Bronco Sport offer?

While we're always impressed with power and capabilities, that isn't the only important aspect of any vehicle, no matter how off-road-focused it is. We're here to bring you all of the information on the trim lineup that you can choose from. There are multiple trim levels at your disposal! The base trim, simply called Base, comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, a terrain management system, an 8-inch touchscreen, and the Co-Pilot360 safety suite. For additional features, consider the Outer Banks trim. This model includes USB-A and C ports, 18-inch aluminum wheels, a heated steering wheel, leather seating, and power-adjustable heated front seats. Meanwhile, at the top of the lineup is First Edition. Here you'll be getting unique First Edition badging, most of the interior styling elements from the Outer Banks trim, and the off-roading technology from the Badlands trim.

What does Ford include for safety with the Bronco Sport?

The last aspect of this off-roading king that we're going over is all of the safety features that Ford has included. This is important, especially if you intend on taking some of your favorite people out on an adventure with you. Every single 2021 Bronco Sport model comes with Co-Pilot360 suite, which includes automatic high beams, automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, pedestrian detection, blind-spot detection, and forward-collision warning. Other available features include automatic high-beam headlights, speed sign recognition, lane centering, and adaptive cruise control.
